Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 potatoes (large)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 apples
4 stalks celery, cut fine
2 dill pickles, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
1 c. sour cream
6 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
Peel and dice.
While still warm, add mayonnaise and allow to chill thoroughly in refrigerator.
To the chilled potatoes, add peeled and diced apple and remaining ingredients.
Chill before serving. Yield:
