Mozzarella Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly.
    Stir in milk to form a soft dough. Knead on floured surface for 1 minute.
    Roll 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Cut cheese into 1/4-inch thick strips.
    Place 1 strip on each circle.
    Fold dough over to enclose cheese; seal edges.
    Place close together on baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
