Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Bake in Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or 3 layers at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Frost when completely cool.
