Green Tomato Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small or medium-size green tomatoes, cut into eighths
    3 medium-size onions (also in eighths)
    4 small summer squash, sliced in rounds
    4 small to medium-size ears sweet corn
    cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet, about 1/4-inch in bottom is plenty.
    Get oil good and hot.
    Put tomatoes in first.
    Cook them 10 minutes.
    Add squash.
    Slice raw corn off cob, catching the milky liquid and add it along with the onion, about 5 minutes after adding the squash.
    Heat 5 minutes on high heat.
    Turn down to simmer.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
