Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. American cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blend butter and flour together.
    Add milk and boil until thickened.
    Add seasonings and cheese and continue to heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
