Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 Kraft caramels
    4 tsp. cream
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt the caramels and cream in double boiler.
    Mix the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda and butter together. Take half of mixture; pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Don't overbake.
    Drizzle caramel mixture over crust. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the caramel mixture, then put rest of flour mixture over chips.
    Bake another 5 minutes.
    Cool.
