Cold Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can petite peas (Green Giant with the silver label), drained
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. diced Cheddar cheese
juice of 1/4 lemon
1/2 c. mayonnaise
ground pepper
Preparation

Hand whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper until fluffy; add remaining ingredients and gently mix with 2 large spoons. Chill well before serving. (Measurement of all ingredients are subject to your own taste.)
