Pineapple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins, boiled
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 c. powdered sugar
pineapple juice (enough to make a creamy mixture)

Preparation

Mix together. Drizzle over warm cookies.
