Grape Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. black grapes
    7 c. sugar
    1 pouch fruit pectin
    1/2 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Remove stems from grapes and crush.
    Place in large pan.
    Add 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and simmer until grapes are fully cooked (stir occasionally). Strain cooked grapes, saving juice. Measure 4 cups of juice. Stir in sugar and add margarine. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
    Quickly stir in fruit pectin and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Immediately fill scalded jars with hot jelly mixture.
    Cover and seal jars.
