Chicken Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken breast
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken breast.
    Cut into bite size chunks.
    In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
    In a small bowl, combine milk and egg. Dunk chicken nuggets in milk-egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.
    Bake in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with catsup, barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
