Classic Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, mined
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, broken up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. red pepper, crushed (if desired)
Preparation

Brown sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic; drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti with Parmesan cheese.
Makes 8 servings.
