Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bu. tomatoes
6 large onions
2 Tbsp. celery seed, tied in bag
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 c. salt
1 c. melted butter
1 c. flour
Preparation
-
Cook first 2 ingredients with celery seed tied in bag for 1 hour.
Then run through colander.
Add sugar, red pepper and salt. Combine butter and flour.
Add to mixture.
Cook for 20 minutes. Pour in can and seal.
Ready to serve when heated.
