Pasta With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. broccoli florets
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley (dry)
    1 Tbsp. basil (dry)
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 can dry white wine
    1 lb. fettuccini or rotini or ziti
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook broccoli in boiling unsalted water until tender (2 or 3 minutes).
    Rinse under cold water.
    Set aside.
    In another large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Lightly brown garlic.
    Add parsley, oregano, chicken broth and wine.
    Simmer 3 minutes.
    Cook pasta of your choice according to package directions.
    Drain and place in large heated serving bowl. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil and grated cheese and toss well.
    Add broccoli to warmed sauce and toss.
    Calories 300 and fat 6 g. Serves 4 to 6.
