Peaches Alessandra - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. strawberries
4 Tbsp. sugar
8 half peaches, canned
1 1/4 c. vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Clean and rinse the strawberries, put them in a blender with the sugar.
Blend to obtain a sauce.
Drain the peaches and cut them in thin slices.
To serve, place the sliced peaches in 4 bowls, add the ice cream in the center and pour the strawberry sauce on the ice cream and peaches.
