Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes or chicken
    1 c. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    milk
    1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 can tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 carrots, sliced thinly
    1 onion, cube and separate layers
    2 green peppers, cubed
    1 large can chunked pineapple (in its own juice)
    cornstarch mixed with water to thicken
Preparation
    Mix the 1 cup cornstarch, eggs, salt and pepper. Add enough milk to make a batter of medium consistency.
    Stir lightly. Coat pork cubes in batter and deep fry in hot oil until done. Set aside.
