Poor Man'S Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and press to 1/2-inch thickness on cookie sheet.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Cut into squares and roll in flour.
    Fry in butter; place in a casserole dish.
    Add soup and 1 soup can of water to drippings in pan.
    Mix well and pour over meat in casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
