Tuna Vegetable Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked white rice
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken stock
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 c. thawed, frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) or 2 (6 1/8 oz.) cans tuna, drained
Preparation
    In heavy, 1 1/2-quart saucepan (with tight lid), combine rice, chicken stock, water, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Stir in vegetables.
    Cover; continue cooking 5 more minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
    Blend in sour cream and tuna. Serve hot or cold.
