Oreo Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. Oreos
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 large box instant chocolate pudding mix
Preparation
    Crush oreos, setting 1 cup aside for topping. Spread remaining cookies in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour melted margarine on top and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Beat cream cheese and sugar, add one carton Cool Whip. Spread over cookie mixture and chill for 1 hour. Mix pudding according to package directions. Pour pudding on top of cookie mixture, refrigerate. Spread remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with reserved crushed cookies before serving.
