Fix And Forget Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. long grain rice (dry)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and turn into a buttered casserole.
    Do not brown meat first.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serve with flaky garlic rounds.
