Creamed Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 large green peppers, in strips or rings
    1 c. cheese, grated
    cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil peppers in salted water 10 minutes; drain.
    Mix with soup, grated cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Crumble cracker crumbs over top; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
