Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. Puritan oil
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine the flour and baking soda and set aside.
    Using an electric mixer on low speed, combine the brown sugar and oil.
    Add egg, water and vanilla and beat until smooth.
    Add flour mixture in 3 parts at low speed.
    Scrape bowl well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips.
    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool on baking sheets for 1 minute.
    Remove to cooling rack.
    Contains per serving: 80 calories; 2 grams fat; 60 mg. sodium and 10 mg. cholesterol.
