Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing (I use Kraft Zesty Italian)
Preparation

Over low heat and stirring until mixed, combine apricot preserves and Italian dressing in a saucepan.
Arrange chicken in baking dish and pour sauce over it.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until chicken is cooked, about 30 to 45 minutes.
If desired, place dried apricots on top of chicken half way through cooking time so they plump up before serving.
