Carrot Soup Extraordinaire - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
    2 c. chicken stock
    1/2 small can frozen orange juice, thawed
    1 c. light cream
    powdered cloves
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter. Add carrots and chicken stock.
    Simmer until carrots are tender.
    Puree in blender.
    Add orange juice concentrate and cream.
    Add 2 or 3 dashes of powdered cloves. Wonderful served hot or cold.
    Serves 4 to 6.
