Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bricks tofu
    2 long onions
    1/4 Chinese cabbage
    1 lb. thinly sliced beef
    14 oz. yam noodles (konnyaku-noodle)
    1 beef suet cube (or vegetable oil)
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into 2 or 3-inch pieces.
    Cut tofu into 8-12 pieces.
    Set vegetables, tofu beef and noodles on a large platter. Mix sauce A (see below) and sauce B (see below).
