Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. unflavored bread crumbs
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. Marsala wine
Preparation
    Slice chicken thin.
    Mix bread crumbs and cheese together with salt and pepper to taste.
    Dip sliced chicken into egg mixture, then press into bread crumbs.
    Let set 15 minutes.
    Heat oil and butter mixture until foamy, then add chicken and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Add wine and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Turn occasionally to ensure this won't dry out too much. If needed, add more wine.
    Yields 4 servings.
