Mexicali Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. rice
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    In large pot, brown beef until tender.
    Add onion and green peppers.
    Cook until tender.
    Drain fat.
    Add rest of ingredients; mix well.
    Bring to a boil with pot uncovered.
    Cover and simmer on low heat for 35 minutes, stirring once in a while, until rice is done.
