Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 c. skim milk (the juice of 1/2 orange, added is optional, but delicious!)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 slices whole wheat bread
All Fruit jam or mashed fresh fruit

You also need dish for soaking bread, wire whisk or fork, griddle or Teflon frying pan, no-stick cooking spray and spatula.
