Monkey Bread I - cooking recipe

1 c. sweet milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. dry yeast
flour (approximately 2 1/2 c.)
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat until margarine melts. Remove from stove and cool, then add the yeast and enough all-purpose flour for a soft dough (approximately 2 1/2 cups). Let rise until doubled. Punch down and roll out to about 1/4-inch thick. Cut in strips about 2 x 3-inches. Melt 1 stick margarine. Dip pieces in margarine and place in Bundt cake pan. Let rise again, then bake. Temperature: 350\u00b0. Time: 30 minutes.
