Fish Frying Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. \"ice\" water
Preparation
    Beat with a wire whisk until smooth.
    Dip fish fillets in batter, then in Progresso Italian bread crumbs, coating both sides.
    Fry fillets in hot oil until golden brown and fillets are cooked.
