Lemon Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chilled butter
    1 to 1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. 10x sugar
Preparation
    Mix as for pie crust.
    Press firmly into an 8-inch square pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven until firm and light golden brown.
