No Fry Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

1 (8 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. nonfat buttermilk
1 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt-free herb and spice blend
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves, cut into 18 strips
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Place noodles in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until crumbs form.
Place in a shallow dish and set aside.
