Half-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any number of small potatoes
    butter or margarine to grease baking pans
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes leaving skins on.
    On cookie sheet, melt butter or margarine to lightly cover pan bottom.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Place face down on pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    A filled pan will seve 5 to 6.
    This is a good way to use up small potatoes, producing baked potatoes with a French fry face.
