Fresh Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Cut in margarine with two knives or pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse corn meal.
    Combine peaches, lemon juice and water.
    Spoon into a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake 35 to 45 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
