Soft Pretzels(Healthful Eating) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; add salt, sugar and flour.
    Knead 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add more flour as necessary to reduce stickiness. Twist dough into shape of cars, trucks, airplanes, animals, flowers, trees, gingerbread boys, numerals or circles.
    Place on Teflon baking sheet.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
