Sue'S Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 qt. milk, divided
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large bowl at medium-high speed for 1 minute.
    Add sugar and beat well.
    Add Eagle Brand, pudding mix and vanilla; beat well.
    Stir in 1 quart milk.
    Pour into freezer can of 1 gallon freezer.
    Add remaining milk.
    Freeze according to directions.
    Let ripen 1 hour.
