Judy'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
4 1/2 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. dry rice, cooked in chicken broth according to directions on rice pkg.
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; put in greased glass baking dish.
Top with 1 cup plain bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
