Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices Italian bread (1/4-inch thick)
    1 large tomato, diced
    6 Tbsp. diced red onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Toast bread; set aside.
    Combine tomato, onion, parsley, vinegar, oil, salt and oregano with pepper.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Spoon tomato mixture over top of toasted bread.
