Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes, seeded, drained and finely chopped
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine vegetables and drain well on paper towels.
Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water and cool.
Fold in mayonnaise and salt.
Add vegetables and pour into lightly oiled mold.
Chill until firm.
Serve with crackers.
