Sweet 'N Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. lean pork, cut into 1/2-inch squares
    2 large green peppers, cut into large chunks
    2 medium onions, cut into large chunks
    2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, halved
    1 c. reserved pineapple juice (plus water if needed)
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 jar sweet and sour sauce or pkg. sweet and sour sauce, mix according to directions
Preparation
    Brown
    pork in 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
    Add 1/2 cup water and simmer 1/2
    hour.\tRemove\tcooked\tpork
    from
    skillet; add 1 tablespoon oil
    to
    skillet along with green peppers, onions, 1/2
    teaspoon soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Saute lightly. Add cooked pork, pineapple tidbits, maraschino cherries, pineapple
    juice,
    brown
    sugar,
    cornstarch, cider vinegar
    and sweet and sour sauce.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
