Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) loaf pans. In large bowl with fork, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In medium bowl with fork, beat eggs; slightly stir in salad oil, zucchini and lemon peel.
    Stir liquid mix into flour mix just until flour is blended well.
    Pour into pans.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes; remove from pans.
