Hot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cooked red potatoes with skin left on
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 large jar pimentos
    2 pieces bread, toasted
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    bacon, cooked
Preparation
    Quarter potatoes in a large pan.
    Saute onion in butter and pour over
    potatoes.
    Crumble toasted bread onto potatoes. Quarter cheese and put on top of toasted bread.
    Crumble bacon and
    put on top of
    cheese.
    Cook
    at
    350\u00b0
    until
    cheese
    is bubbly.
