Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Slice carrots on bias about 1-inch thick.
    Cook in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    In another saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and ginger.
    Add orange juice slowly, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Stir in margarine.
    Pour over hot cooked carrots.
