Hungarian Meatballs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. diced onions
    4 c. tomato juice
    2 (1 lb.) cans sauerkraut
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    sweetener (1 tsp. sugar)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season meat with salt and pepper. Shape into balls.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
