Five Star Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dried navy beans, soaked and cooked with ham hock
2 c. chopped cabbage
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. baby lima beans
1 c. green peas
12 oz. smoked sausage
Preparation
-
Soak beans and cook with ham hock.
Add rest of ingredients to beans.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add water as needed. Add smoked sausage, sliced, the last 20 to 30 minutes.
