Baked Fish And Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

fish
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
water
onions

Preparation

Place large fish in roaster on rack and salt and pepper.
Mix 4 tablespoons mustard, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and enough water to cover bottom of roasting pan.
Pour mixture over fish.
Slice onions and put over fish.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until fish is flaky when pierced with fork.
