Tuscan Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
    2 cloves garlic
    4 c. chopped fresh spinach, wash again
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 (16 oz.) can small white beans with liquid
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid
    1 medium yellow bell pepper, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. tri-color tortellini
Preparation
    Saute bacon and garlic for 5 to 8 minutes or until bacon is brown.
    Remove from pan.
    Cook spinach in pan drippings for 2 minutes or until wilted.
    Stir in broth, beans, tomatoes and bell pepper and bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and bacon and simmer until pasta is al dente.
