Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can peaches
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar (divided)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine in an 8 X 8-inch pan.
    Layer drained (save juice) peaches in pan.
