Chinese Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
    1/2 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken or pork
    1/2 c. finely chopped, cooked shrimp
    4 Tbsp. finely chopped scallions
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. soya sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
Preparation
    Put celery and cabbage in 1/2 cup water.
    Bring to a boil. Drain thoroughly.
    Heat oil in a large skillet.
    Add shrimp and meat.
    Cook 2 or 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add remaining ingredients and continue cooking and stirring until delicately browned.
    Cool.
