Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 jar baby food junior plums
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and spices; mix well.
    Add oil, eggs and plums.
    Mix on high speed 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour into well-greased Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 20 minutes and then finish cooling on rack.
    Wrap in foil to keep for 1 week.
    Freezes well.
