Baby Peas And Water Chestnuts Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
1 c. sliced celery
1 small onion, minced
1 bag frozen baby peas
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add onion, peppers and celery.
Saute over medium heat until soft.
Remove from heat.
Add peas and water chestnuts.
